Yes. Dentilane is fully HIPAA-compliant. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and every designer on the platform is bound by data protection agreements before accessing any case. Patient privacy is non-negotiable.

You work directly with your designer to revise the guide until it meets your clinical requirements. If you can't reach a resolution, our support team steps in to mediate. Payment isn't released until you approve the final design.
